The nurse was quick and friendly.
The ladies performing the DOT physical were very friendly and professional. I was the first of the day they were patient and kind to me
The nurse practitioner was very unpersonable. She cut me off two different times while trying to explain my symptoms and when everything started with my cold. It seemed as though she just wanted to read her script and listen to as little as possible. However, the girl who check me in and took vitals, Ebony, was awesome. I see Ebony frequently and enjoy her.
I just thought the scheduled time would be more convenient
I’ve had great experiences at this CVS Minute Clinic, but this visit was not one of them. The wait was long for a skin check and the FNP quickly said we should see a dermatologist but still felt obligated to prescribes something.

One of the nurses seemed cold and unfriendly (she wore glasses and was white) since she did not acknowledge me when I arrived in the waiting room area. The nurse who adminstered my vaccine was professional and caring.
The providers were excellent. I had a bad head cold and I just did not know how to treat it. The NP was very thorough and helped me to find an over the counter medication to use. She also pointed out I needed to only take it for 2 or 3 days. I probably would have taken it more if she had not pointed that out. She also suggested other medications for my head cold.

As a first time going to a CVS minute clinic is was quick and efficient. The Doctor I saw was very helpful and actually listened. It was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone that needs it.
