Whether your 18-month-old daughter has a bad cough, you think you may have contracted a stomach virus, or your elderly parent has pneumonia, let our team treat you. Some conditions we are capable of diagnosing and treating include the following:
- Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
- Strep throat
- Mononucleosis
- Cold and flu
- Ear, sinus and upper respiratory infections
- Indigestion and heartburn
- Allergies
- Eczema and other skin conditions
- Asthma
- Pneumonia
We can also treat minor wounds. If you just want to obtain a baseline reading of your health, we can perform a routine physical or well check. If you have had trouble with your blood pressure or cholesterol in the past, let one of our medical professionals perform a reading and provide advice for what you can do to maintain safe levels.
Virtual Care available 24/7
Most people fall ill at the most inconvenient of times – typically after hours or over the weekend. At these times, one's only options are usually to stick it out until normal business hours or go to the ER. Thanks to our Virtual Care, you don't have to do either. Thanks to this feature, you can request a virtual visit with a certified healthcare provider for just a small fee. We will review your health history, assess your symptoms and prescribe a treatment. If necessary, we will send a prescription to your local pharmacy for you to pick up at your convenience.
Keeping the community healthy
At MinuteClinic®, we believe in treating more than just the individual – when possible, we strive to keep entire communities healthy. One way in which we do that is by making immunizations easy to access. Some common immunizations we offer to residents of the Herndon area are as follows:
- MMR
- Tdap and DTap
- IPV
- Meningitis
- Hepatitis
- Chicken pox
- Influenza
We strongly encourage everyone who is able and who is over the age of 18 months to get caught up on their vaccines. We also encourage all healthy individuals to get the annual flu shot, as immunities from each year's flu shot will only protect you for one flu season.
Schedule an appointment or walk in today
At our CVS Pharmacy® MinuteClinic® we gladly accept appointments, but we like residents to know that they're not necessary. We want you to be able to access quality healthcare when it's most convenient for you and not when it's most convenient for us. If you want to schedule an appointment, Call us at 1-866-389-2727. If you need directions, Google, "find a walk in clinic near me."
