We had 2 different online confirmed appts and they cancelled both before I arrived, We are from out of town, my son was sick and needed care. The 2nd time we showed up, the 2 NP's were standing around, no patients waiting but because my appt was cancelled (not by us) they would not see us. I showed them my confirmation #, they basically looked at me like "oh well, you can try again". No apologies, no trying to work with me, no nothing just very unconcerned and unwilling to help. Worst I have ever been treated.
