Efficient and quick. The Provider was very informative and caring.
I was seen early. Everything seems clean and sterile in the environment. The person who administered the vaccine was pleasant and nice. It was quick and easy. And I felt safe.
Overpriced. It took 5 minutes. Also, I needed to talk to a call center to schedule my appointment and I see why you don’t get told the price until the end. Scam!!!
The gentleman that helped me was very caring and helped me to use the computer screen to register. He also did a careful job of the exam. As an 85 year old man, I needed the help he gave me.
The following feedback is regarding my second visit! I visited to obtain my employment-required tuberculosis skin test results and rate the experience 1/10 due to the provider’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. The NP nearly misdiagnosed me with an infection despite no visible signs, incorrectly claiming my skin was swollen. When I questioned her and requested a comparison, noting my healthcare background, she changed her assessment and issued a negative result without properly examining the site.
Service was fast and efficient however I would have liked to know the name of the practitioner.
Got my covid shot right away
Everything was fine except a bit problem with online scheduling.
Check-in was easy. Appointment was great. I will definitely be back.
