We provide quality care in every clinic, every day

Each MinuteClinic® practitioner follows nationally established guidelines to ensure that you get the highest level of care, as well as consistent treatment, from clinic to clinic.

All of the following speak to our high standards:

Our national clinical practice guidelines

Our practitioners follow regularly updated national clinical practice guidelines to ensure top-quality health care. As a patient, you can be confident that your treatment is based on the most current medical research and best practices.

We draw our guidelines established by leading medical associations including:

  • The American Academy of Family Physicians
  • The American Academy of Pediatrics
  • The Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement

Quality assurance, constant improvement

Day-to-day quality assurance centers around Epic, the most widely used electronic medical records system in the United States.

Epic supports our evidence-based model of medical care and helps us connect to major health systems, hospital networks and physician groups nationwide. State-of-the-art patient portals make treatment records easily accessible while advanced analytics help us hone efficiencies and improve care.
