| Q. How can I view my prescription information online? |

| A. You can find detailed information & including status, on all your prescriptions at any time, once you've signed up for Prescription Management. To see the status of your prescription, last fill date, prescribing physician, cost, and history, you will need to complete our one-time, two-step verification process. Once you've signed up for Prescription Management, simply click on Pharmacy and then click on the View All Prescriptions button. On the Prescriptions page, you will have detailed information on your current prescriptions. Click on the Rx Records tab to see your detailed prescription history. |

| Q. Can I view my child's prescription records? |

| A. You can add minors (under 18 years of age) to your prescription account once you've signed up for Prescription Management. Having linked accounts makes it easy to view, order, and manage all your children's prescriptions online. To add a child's prescription records to the list you manage, begin by signing in to your account. At the top of the My Account page, you will see three tabs. Click on the Link Rx Accounts tab and click the Add a Minor button and follow the steps. |

| Q. What is the Prescription Management and how do I sign up? |

| A. To protect your privacy, we require you to do a one-time, two-step verification process so that no one but you can view your prescription records. You must first create an online account, and then sign up for Prescription Management by completing the verification process. You will then be able to view your records and purchase prescriptions with the click of a button. Sign up for Prescription Management now. |

| A. If you have questions or concerns about prescription items in your order, please call our Customer Care Specialists at (888) 607-4CVS (4287). Due to legal restrictions, prescription medications ordered online cannot be returned to CVS/pharmacy stores. |

| Q. Can I check my ExtraCare® rewards online? |

| A. In order to access your ExtraCare account online and view your rewards, you will need to Sign In or Sign Up for an online account and attach your ExtraCare card. If you have an online account but haven’t attached your card yet, sign in and then click on ExtraCare at the top of the page. On the right you will see a link to Attach your Card now. If you continue to have issues, you can either call or email the ExtraCare department and ask a representative to verify that we have your current information on file for your ExtraCare account. If the information is not current, a representative will be happy to update it for you. |
