Refill Reminders and Text Alerts

Setting up your prescription alerts and reminders

Sign up for text alerts to know when a prescription is ready for pick up or for our refill reminder email service to receive an email when it's time to refill your prescriptions.

To use either of these services, you'll need to Add Prescription Management to your CVS.com account. Once you do, sign in to your account and click on Pharmacy. From there, click on Add/Update for either Text Alerts or Refill Reminders.

Discontinuing text alerts and refill reminders

If you no longer wish to receive text alerts or email reminders, sign in to your account and click on Pharmacy. From there, click on Update Text Alerts or Refill Reminders to change your settings or stop these services.
