How do I earn ExtraBucks Rewards?

How do I get my ExtraBucks Rewards?

You can get the rewards you earn in store or online. In the store, they'll print at the ExtraCare Card Center or on your cash register receipt, wherever you scan your card first. To get them online, Create a CVS.com Account and attach your ExtraCare card when prompted. Then sign in to your account and go to the My Savings & Rewards tab in My ExtraCare to print your rewards. In many cases, you'll also have a choice to Send to Card.

Do I have to use all of my ExtraBucks Rewards in one shopping trip or do they roll over?

ExtraBucks Rewards need to be used in one shopping trip. Make sure that the amount you're spending is higher or the same value so that you can take full advantage of your rewards.

Do ExtraSavings™ or ExtraBucks Rewards have any redemption restrictions?

Along with meeting any specified offer requirements, your ExtraCare card number needs to be presented to get the savings applied to your total purchase. Savings can't be applied to alcohol, lottery, money orders, prescriptions and co-pays, pseudoephedrine/ephedrine products, postage stamps, pre-paid cards, gift cards, newspapers and magazines, milk (where required by law or regulation), bottle deposits, bus passes, hunting and fishing licenses, any imposed governmental fees, or items reimbursed by a government health plan. No cash back. Tax charged on pre-coupon price where required and California Refund Value (CRV) on beverage containers applied where applicable.

I can't access my ExtraCare Savings™ and ExtraBucks Rewards information online. What should I do?

To access your ExtraCare Savings & Rewards online, you'll need to Create a CVS.com Account and attach your ExtraCare card when prompted.

If you have a CVS.com® account but haven't attached your card yet, sign in and go to the ExtraCare box on the My Account Profile page. Click the Link Your ExtraCare Card to Your Account link and follow the directions.

If you're not sure if you have a CVS.com account, call CVS.com Customer Care at 1-888-607-4CVS (1-888-607-4287).

– Send to Card™
What is Send to Card?

Send to Card offers the ability to send select offers to your ExtraCare card instead of printing out a paper coupon. When you choose this option, an offer is electronically sent to your card and, the next time you shop CVS/pharmacy with any qualifying purchase(s), your associate will ask if you'd like to apply the offer(s) to your purchase(s).

To take advantage, sign up for ExtraCare emails. Many of the email offers you'll receive will give you a choice of printing or sending to your card.

– Quarterly ExtraBucks® Rewards
When will I get my Quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards?

You'll get your Quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards four times throughout year: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.

When do my Quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards expire?

Once they arrive on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st or October 1st, they're available to be printed or sent to your card for 45 days. Also, you have 45 days from the day of printing or sending to redeem them on an in-store or online purchase.

What if I lose my Quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards?

If you printed your Quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards and lost them, you have 45 days from the day you printed them to reprint them online.

How do I change and verify my ExtraCare information?

To manage, view, update your profile information, and see your Savings & Rewards, Create a CVS.com Account and attach your ExtraCare card when prompted. Then sign in and go to the My Profile tab in My ExtraCare.

How will my personal information be used?

We value your privacy and NEVER give or sell any identifiable information about you to other companies for their marketing purposes. We may at times use outside companies as contractors or agents of CVS/pharmacy to help deliver promotional information and offers; beyond your name and contact information, these contractors and agents do not receive any other personal information about you from CVS/pharmacy and they are bound to keep your information strictly confidential and may not use or share your information for any other purpose.

Members must collect their quarterly ExtraBucks® Rewards, which will be rounded down to the nearest dollar, during the 45-day period following the earnings period.

***Excludes pharmacy items paid for in whole or in part by state and/or federal health care programs. This includes, for example, Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE. Not valid on prescriptions purchased in NJ or NY. In Louisiana and Hawaii, not valid on any prescription for a controlled dangerous substance. CVS/pharmacy may, at any time and for any reason, exclude prescriptions dispensed in other states, other types of prescriptions, or prescriptions paid for by other payers. ExtraBucks® Rewards on prescriptions limited to $50 per year per card. This cap was adopted for all customers.
