Choosing Ship & Save.

Ship & Save is a program that automatically delivers items your family uses every day. You'll never have to worry about running out and you'll always enjoy 20% off plus free shipping.* (If the item is on sale at a greater discount on your first order, you'll receive those savings for your first subscription order and then 20% off for the rest of your subscription.)

You can enroll items marked Ship & Save Eligible and choose the delivery, frequency and quantity. We'll fulfill your order and give you the savings every time. Plus, you can easily change or cancel your order online anytime.

Signing up for Ship & Save.

Items that can be enrolled will be marked Ship & Save Eligible. When you add an eligible item to your basket, you'll be able to choose between having it shipped once or enrolling it in Ship & Save. If you choose to sign up, we'll walk you through a few simple steps to create your subscription, including adding shipment frequency, billing information and shipping address.

Accessing Ship & Save subscriptions.

Sign in to your CVS.com account, go to My Account and click the My Ship & Save Subscriptions tab. You'll see your subscriptions listed there.

Click on each subscription name individually to change delivery, frequency or quantity here. You also can choose to cancel or resume your subscription.

Timing of subscription shipments.

You'll see your subscription order date clearly marked on the page. We'll place the order that day. You can expect to receive it in 5 to 10 business days.

If an item is back ordered, we'll notify you by email. We'll follow up if the item is still on back order 15 days later. In the event an item remains on back order through your next shipment date, we'll cancel the original order and resume the scheduled order process.

Billing of orders.

As part of Ship & Save, you'll receive 20% off each item and free standard shipping.* If items are on sale online for more than 20% off on your first subscription order, you'll receive the greater savings. You'll receive a 20% discount on future orders.

Orders are automatically billed when they ship.

Changing shipping address or billing information.

To change billing information, such as the credit number or expiration date, go to the My Ship & Save Subscriptions tab. You'll see an Edit Billing and Shipping link under the subscription name. Click it to go to the page for that subscription.

Remember: If changes apply to more than one subscription, you'll need to update each subscription individually.

Changing an order date.

Sign in to your CVS.com account, go to My Account and choose the My Ship & Save Subscriptions tab. Click on the subscription you need to change. On the top left, you'll see the See My Next Order button. Click it. On the Upcoming Orders page, you'll see a link to Change Order Date. Click it and adjust accordingly.

Order changes can be made up to 24 hours before the order shipment date.

Skipping a delivery.

Sign in to your CVS.com account, go to My Account and choose the My Ship & Save Subscriptions tab. Click on the subscription you need to change. On the top left, you'll see the See My Next Order button. Click it. On the Upcoming Orders page, you'll see links that allow you to Skip Order Delivery or simply Skip Item for This Order. Click the one you want and adjust accordingly.

Changing item order frequency.

Sign in to your CVS.com account, go to My Account and click the My Ship & Save Subscriptions tab. Choose the subscription name that contains the item. In the item listing, change the number under Quantity and click Update to save your new preference.

Combining items into one subscription.

After you create a subscription, you can't add items to it. If you need to consolidate, cancel your current subscription(s) and begin a new one with the items you want shipped together.

Canceling a subscription.

Sign in to your CVS.com account, go to My Account and click the My Ship & Save Subscriptions tab. You'll see a list of your subscriptions. Click Deactivate for the subscription you wish to cancel.

If you wish to resume the subscription, return to the page and click Activate. Don't forget to update shipping and billing information if necessary.

Viewing future or past deliveries.

Sign in to your CVS.com account, go to My Account and click the My Ship & Save Subscriptions tab to see future orders. Past deliveries will be recorded on the Order Status & History tab in My Account.
