The NP explained everything about the tests that was provided for mandatory insurance requirements.
The Provider was AMAZING. Honestly the best Minute Clinic experience I’ve ever had and she was so good to my son.
I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment so I expected to wait. But didn't expect to sit there as 3 patients came in after my appointment time and were seen before I was. I finally got called about 5 minutes before the scheduled break. I felt unnecessary to the provider and after she looked at her watch the 3rd time I apologized for being early and still being pushed to her break time. She didn't even take my vitals until the end, never felt my glands, she asked me if they were swollen. I felt like I did something wrong getting sick. It honestly was humiliating
My The Provider was amazing. Super helpful and informative. I really appreciate her providing care for me and helping me get medication for my UTI.
