I came in for a (suspicious) splinter on my right thumb. it has been about a year, there was a small spot and i could feel it. Long story short, The Provider explained to me it is usually not recommended to touch fingers, it became 2 red spot recently so I think that thing is moving. Still The Provider was willing to use syringe needle to see if it could get things out. Somehow it burst some blood, now it's healing and I felt nothing! I didn't expect it since I didn't see anything and it didn't bother me much for a long time and I know it is better not do anything to fingers! But it was working, really appreciate The Provider for doing that!
It was a straight forward visit. She was professional. The space was clean. She didn't seem like she was rushing me. She was also respectful of my time -the appointment started just a few minutes late. I appreciate that
Both the nurse/medical tech & physician were kind, helpful & informative. They made my experience soothing and calming which eased my anxiety greatly. And they offered a quick diagnosis and solution and said they would follow up with me if new results came in. All in all I’m grateful for a very good outcome

NP was amazing and very personable for my appointment. There was zero wait and the appointment was fairly quick. Even when she did a lab test for me it was fast
The voice response is a bad decision and was a waste of resources. That being said your virtual appointment system is broken your booking system doubles up and I was told results would be a couple days and it's almost been a week. Everything needs an upgrade.
