I made an appointment days prior, for a simple TB test, for my job requirements. Appointment was at 9am and I sat there waiting, after arriving early to check in, until 9:40pm. Unacceptable. I was late to work as a result of the clinics inefficiency and lack of respect for people’s time.
The person attending me didnt really seem interested in helping me and felt like they were just trying to get rid of me.
Staff were very kind, considerate and professional! Listened to my concerns.
I am a CVS employee and came for my free preventative care visit on 4/3/2026. My HSA card was incorrectly charged $175 instead of billing it through my insurance on file. I keep calling the Minute Clinic number at 866-389-2727 to get this corrected, but I can't reach a representative. I say I have a billing issue and it asks me about my insurance. It says press 1 or 2. Every time I press one of those numbers it says it hasn't received a response. There is something wrong with the phone system.
There was a bit of a delay in my appointment time- but the overall client service experience was good! It would be better if there was an additional doctor/NP on staff because it felt like they were a bit overwhelmed!
A little bit of a wait but not awful. The nurse seemed a little cold and rushing me through. It made it seem as though my concern wasn’t valid and why was I here.
