The provider was great but extremely behind schedule. I was seen an hour after my scheduled time. I understand being a little behind and figured I would wait when I saw there was only one provider but an hour is excessive.

The nurse practitioner said she could not examine my ear because of the ear wax buildup and that I would need to schedule another appointment to have it removed. I went in because my ear was hurting, but antibiotics were prescribed without confirming whether or not there was actually an infection.
