Everything went well and she was very thorough. Wait time was a bit longer than expected.

This NP was not helpful at all. Did not listen to me when I explained my situation or give me anything to help relieve my symptoms. I woke-up feeling worse than when I came in. I will not be back.

The provider was great but extremely behind schedule. I was seen an hour after my scheduled time. I understand being a little behind and figured I would wait when I saw there was only one provider but an hour is excessive.

Courteous, capable, professional attendant who did the most she could for my situation. She then suggested "next steps" to resolve the issue.

Convenient & offered vaccine I needed. Would still generally see my PCP if they carried that vaccine

The PA was efficient and I felt listened to and was treated with meds. The hardest part was making an appt via internet. The system would not put down anything for symptoms. I had to try numerous times.

The experience was helpful. The practitioner listened to my heath concerns and assisted me.

Everytime I ever have an appointment, I am not seen till well after my appointment time. Yesterday, my appointment was at 10:50am. Was not called back until 11:30am. The Dr. or PA, not sure what she is, was not very friendly or welcoming. Did not apologize for the extensive wait. Simply just asked me what was wrong. Did not have any sort of human connection, just her doing her job. Asked me the numbers on the vitals machine when she took my the blood pressure on my arm. Also asked me the numbers for her to write down on the thing she put on my finger. I don’t work in medicine and when I don’t feel good, the last thing I want to do is someone else’s job to try to figure out how to read and reiterate it correctly. When I asked her if the medication she was prescribing me in lieu of penicillin (allergy to medication) would work just as well, she responded “penicillin is the best and would have worked the best” something like that doesn’t really make a patient feel better or like they’re gonna start feeling better and almost made me feel like because I had an allergy to the medication she wanted to prescribe, that was my fault and I will suffer because of it. Just not a great experience and everytime I go, the medical people who see me get less and less friendly everytime. I only go to avoid urgent care co pays but at this point, I think I’ll just start going to urgent care cause at least they don’t make me feel like a pain in the butt for them having to do their job.
