Timely, professional, good reminders of appt., quick, efficient.
The practitioner was extremely patient centric, knowledgeable as well as organized. We were preparing for international travel and she put my children at ease when they received their vaccinations.
The nurse was extremely rude, unprofessional, terrible bedside manners, and extremely unsanitary. She kept saying that I was complaining about pain but told me to tell her if I was experiencing pain. She did not know how to use the ear cleaning device and I had to tell her she was missing a piece. She also used a piece to scrape my ear where it hurt, put it on the counter, picks it back again to put back in my ear. She drops things on the ground and doesn’t use gloves. I will be reporting this to BBB as well.
I love Minute Clinic and how accessible it is. However, this appointment was not great. The provider was texting during the appointment and was asking personal questions with the door open while others were waiting outside.
Everyone was amazing in the office at Culver. I would recommend The Provider to come to this office.
It was quick and easy to get in and out.
The Provider, nurse practitioner was warm, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel that ease. She answered all of my questions with understanding and no judgments. Because of her, I will continue being a patient here. Thank you for providing excellent quality of care, The Provider!
Difficult to understand provider, English not first language face covering made it more difficult. I was there for weight loss medication. She could not access my lab results from my primary health care provider, which are all within the last 90 days yet could not tell clearly me what she wanted. She sent me on my way with the understanding she would list what she wanted in the app. I still don’t know what labs are required.
