Excellent Care received from the Minute Clinic . 1st class service
The Provider, my provider, was outstanding!!! She is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and has a great sense of humor! I will be returning to Minute Clinic from now on.
The nurse practitioner was really good. She was informative and caring and explained every step!

The check in was a bit challenging as I kept getting an error from the app. So I was rushing to try and complete the check in and also answering questions from practioner. Also, the exam room seemed unkept (e.g., trash overflowing, equipment not organized and strewn on counter, etc.)
I would like to say, that is better to schedule an appointment to be seen. It is faster and easier to schedule an appointment. Once you are seen by the practitioner, who is very nice, helpful, and patient, everything just flows smoothly and you are done, leaving with your prescribed medication since the CVS pharmacy is also there. Would greatly recommend.
The NP that assisted me was wonderful! She really took time to listen to me and my concerns.

I went to go in for ear wax removal. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen within five minutes. My appointment lasted about 20 minutes. The whole experience was great.
