CVS online Pharmacy and Vaccination information is horrible , lousy in house help between pharmacy/ vaccination side and Minuetclinic.! Three times I’ve made an appointment…your online booking say’s “ when you arrive for MinuteClinic please sit on the pharmacy side, do not sit at MinuteClinic “ incorrect text from CVS !! also no help at all from Pharmacy people ,…Very disappointed more than once …..
I had an appointment but waited 50 Min for my turn (past the appointment time). The nurse practitioner was very helpful and nice, but unfortunately prescribed medication that was not covered by my insurance and they didn’t have time to correct it until end of their day. Which delayed my treatment by a day. It’s clear that the clinic is understaffed. The nurse practitioner did an excellent job but was clearly under a lot of time pressure.
The Provider was amazing; caring, sensitive, professional. CVS Health system should provide medical professionals with better support. System apparently mis-booked, resulting in an hour wait.
The Provider, the NP, was absolutely fabulous. I would recommend her to anyone. She took her time with me and discussed treatment options.
Loved the provider and the care we received. The facility is a dump, no working bathrooms and no air conditioning.

Wait queue was a complete mystery and there seemed to be others jumping the line. Ultimately, the practitioner didn’t really offer much help.
