The nurse practitioner that day was very helpful knowledgeable and made me feel at ease

My appointment was at 10:50am and I did not get seen until 11:30 The clinic was double booked, the practitioner was the only staff member working- I suggest you fully staff, ‘the minute clinic’ OR do not double book patients to be seen. I just went in for a TB test. I was also annoyed and disappointed that I didn’t get a sheet to be signed by another trained healthcare worker else to read my test. I have to go back.

The staff were very helpful. Wait times were not long.

I waited for more than one hour even though I made an appointment ahead of time.

My practitioner, The Provider, was the main reason for rating a high score. Clearly communicated about check in process and wait times. Felt heard when I described my symptoms. I generally don't like going to health care appointments, but this experience was very pleasant. I would go back to this practitioner.

I had an appointment at 11am, but did not get in until 12pm. Provider was GREAT and apologized for the delay. But nonetheless, 1 hour wait time for a 5 min SCHEDULED appointment is outrageous.

I have used minute clinics many times over the years but this was my first time using the mission valley location. The Provider was by far the most professional ,efficient and considerate nurse I have met at any of the clinics. She was obviously quite busy with several patients waiting but worked quickly and professionally to make sure that the wait times were not too long. I was extremely pleased with her service thank you The Provider.

The nurse practitioner at the site was wonderful. My only complaint was the wait time. It would be great to have more than one nurse on staff.

I waited thirty minutes after my appointment timing was. The Provider (sp?) was an excellent provider but seemed overworked and the only person managing the minute clinic. She was juggling a lot for one person while meeting with me and other patients waiting outside to be seen. Without the screen showing my initials, I would not have known if I was even in the right place or registered to be seen next.
