Was sent home telling nothing wrong, and after several more days of ear pain went to a Dr and got a diagnosis for an infection.

My visit was great. I lost my primary care doctor and needed my blood pressure medicine refilled. My appointment with minute clinic was able to help me with no issues.

The person at the mini clinic was extremely nice, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The process of scheduling the appointment, waiting for the appointment, and not having anyone to ask an update was rather challenging. The NP was very professional and efficient and I felt she did a good job getting all background information, exam and recommendations on treatment. The only "complaint" and this is not the Practitioner fault but the fault of the system that schedules patients 10 minutes apart. This is a very impractical expectation and there should be at least twice the time between patients. Even with appointments, you are not seen until 30-40 minutes after your scheduled time. As mentioned, not the fault of the NP, but of the ridiculous schedule system.

I arrived 20 minutes early for a 10:30am appointment because that’s when you can check in on site. There seemed to be two people in front of me which was fine, but the provider seemed so disheveled and stressed out and was panicking at how behind she was. I ended up not getting called until 11am for my 10:30am appointment all just to have a TB test result read which took all of 3 minutes to print the form. The provider said “I wish you had told me it was just a TB read” what so I could cut the two other people in line when I had an appointment the whole time at 10:30am? Spent 50 minutes just waiting in the waiting room. What’s the point of making an appointment?

The Provider was wonderful during my visit for a flu test since my daughter tested positive earlier in the day at her peds office. She was very nice and made us both feel comfortable. Would come back 10/10!

I made a last minute appointment for a COVID vaccination because the pharmacy did NOT have my preferred vaccine. They did NOT inform me until I was already there for my appointment. I was told I could make an appt at Minute Clinic for 3.5 hours later but luckily there Was a cancelation and I could obtain an earlier appt.
