I came in with a painful watering eye. My dr was unavailable as was her team. I needed help but without knowing the name of the drug I needed or the condition I had. The nurse researched both and called the attending Dr . Within a hour I had the medicine I needed and its name and the name of the injury. The pharmacy filled the prescription and by the end of the day the pain was alleviating and the eye was on the mend. Very grateful for the CVS’s nurse’s help. So grateful.

All was fine with my visit and the health provider was very nice and caring. My only concern was with the restroom I had to navigate because a urine sample was needed. There is no restroom at the clinic site in the store and I had to navigate to a restroom for staff. Luckily, my niece was with me and she guided me to the location and helped me through the process.

My provider was awesome. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because of the checkin process. The mobile link to let the provider know i was waiting did not work (neither from the text link or within the CVS app - "something went wrong, try again in a few minutes) I had to use the waiting room tablet to check in, which seems like it would spread germs since most of us at the clinic are sick.

The minute clinic advertised help with toe infections. My local CVS didn't have Internet and the nurse had to call another two stores for help. None of them had access to their system either. She guessed on the prescription. The pharmacist told me it can't be administered without word from a primary care physician or direct insurance intervention. Not only did I not get the advertised treatment, but the entire process was a waste of time and money. The only one with a clue was the pharmacist who basically told me to go to a real doctor.

My nurse was wonderful and listened to everything I said.

The Provider was knowledgeable, kind, sympathetic. Her treatment was right on point with what I needed. I would definitely go there again, as well as advise others to do so. The Provider, Thank you for your care!
