The nurse was very kind and patient. She made me feel at ease. CVS should be so lucky to have such a wonderful employee. You don't always find someone so kind and compassionate.
My meds were not completely sent over to my pharmacy. I had to make three calls and go back to the pharmacy to get the rest. I was sick and had to wake up and go back out and that should Not have happened
the NP was very professional, helpful and pleasant.

The practictioner Providera was really rude and dismissive towards me. After calling my name in the walk-in clinic 30 minutes after my appointment time, another patient who did not have an appointment jumped infront of me and asked Providera to take her in for a TB test. Providera told me to wait even longer because she was going to take her in. I ended up finally getting my appointment over 40 minutes after the scheduled time. When I expressed to Providera that I was really unhappy with how she handled that situation, she mocked me by saying that I only had to wait "7 more minute" and that she doesn't believe that it would cause much of an inconvenience to me. She was really aggressive with me after that and it made me very uncomfortable to the point where I was about to cancel the appointment all together. She told me she doesn't care if I leave and it doesn't change anything about her day and that she wouldn't see me again because she doesn't typically work at that location. She never apologized once or even tried to empathize with my situation. She also told me that she needs to watch me for 15 minutes after administering the TB placement and then proceeded to immediately dismiss me after injecting the Tuberculin. No care for whether I would faint or have any other reaction.
