It was great
Visit was explained with prices and was quick and easy
The provider was backed up and with no support staff, I don’t know how she does it!
My experience was great deducted. It took care of me. She was great. I felt comfortable with her. She explained things it was good my first time and it was a good experience.
Very much on time and very well done had my meds and all checked out in 45 minutes
Unfortunately had a 3pm appointment, arrived 10 mins early but was not seen until after 3:30. I think allowing walk ins again is the issue for that. NP on duty was not up to the standards have experienced before. Seemed irritated with me and very rushed even though I had waited for my turn. Fortunately this is the first poor experience in a long while, so hoping it was just isolated.
The staff at minute clinic was superb . Very accommodating odating with children , can and will work under pressure . Informative and straightforward. CVS Staff was great but then aside . Swab testing like this should be the forefront of the service and most advertised . A 2 -3 person team could generate and expand into a great 30 minute clinic
