The PA is always so friendly and welcoming. Very professional and helpful with my questions.
I was expecting to visit doctor at CVS Pharmacy / Doctor visit. But it came out to be Nurse practitioner. I was not satisfied with the visit. I have to call CVS for the refill of Flucanazole(alternative prescription starting letter 'D'). But customer service did not put a refill request, she wanted me to take appointment, but its just been not more than 7 days I visited, the symptoms still not cured, 1 to 2 % of symptoms still exist. So I asked for refill, Customer service lady said to me that she is keeping a refill request, but she did not, I have to call my pharmacy for asking if I have any refill on this medicine, then they put the request to doctor, doctor called me and put a refill request. Then I got the medicine. Nurse practioner should have kept a refill request in case needed, She would have told me about the usage of medicine once 1st tablet is taken, if needed then only 2 nd tablet can be taken. But she did not. I could not get appointment to my primary physician immediately where I was planning to do annual visit to my primary physician in next couple of weeks, but customer service lady wanted me to take appointment with primary physician then check with that doctor, its going to take a lot of time to get pri.phy appointment, by that time my symptoms will be worsened, only 1 to 2% of symptoms still exist so I nurse practitioner should have dealt this in a manner so that It would have easied my visit and symptoms. I am not satisfied with the way of mentioning the number of tablets based on my symptoms. Ty.
The provider and visit was satisfactory but the wait time was ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment for 10:20 AM. Upon my arrival, there were 5 scheduled appointments ahead of me in line. It was one hour and thirty minutes after my appointment time before I was seen by the provider (11:50). What was the point of an appointment if I had to wait so long. .
My Provider was amazing.
Fast efficient and friendly service
I got an appointment right away. She took time to listen to me and did all the tests. My prescriptions were ready within the 1/2 hour and she even added a throat gargle that I've never ever been offered before that helped with my pain.
The doctor was great!
The medical person that took care of me, was very friendly, knowledgeable and caring.
Courteous, professional, respectful staff the way it should be ! Top notch staff ready , willing and able
