Easy scheduling, promptly called at scheduled time, and NP was kind and fantastic.

Excelente atención y muy eficiente la enfermera.
The clinician was fantastic but it would probably be helpful to have more than one clinician in the facility (assuming demand allows for it). The online scheduling system made it difficult to schedule an appointment. I was only successful after 30 minutes of trying on a phone and computer.

The Provider was awesome. Next time I have a sick kid, I want to fly to Orlando just to see her. She’s a treasure.

Nurse A. Washington was very friendly, engaging and thorough in her work; asking the correct questions and putting one at ease if they were nervous about getting a shot. I myself work in customer service, and you can tell when one is going through the motions versus when its coming from their heart.
