I was greeted by the nurse and felt most welcome and at ease as she completed all the paperwork. Very efficient and pleasant experience. Was then seen by Providerer NP. Very efficient, comforting and knowledgeable. I felt I was in excellent, experienced hands and was confident that she could help me. Great overall experience. The practitioner on duty was not up to snuff. Didnt know how to work the system online. Missed my veins in both arms when drawing blood. Couldn’t find my vein so just ordered a blood draw and couldn’t even print it with all the tests I needed. Had to write in the final one.

Was skeptical about a CVS visit being fruitful. Very comfortable in diagnosis and prescription upon leaving. Thank you for having great staff!

The tech said she could not find my request and kept me waiting for more than 15 minutes. And, she would not look at my phone to see my record. The tech could not find my updated CVS record that had my correct insurance and meds. I have used this location before...I primarily use the 225 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, FL location and they have be able to find my records at other CVS locations.

My visit with The Provider, was great, she was very sweet and made me feel comfortable and made the visit easy, she was clear in communicating what was happening and any next steps i needed to take

Grateful for the services at minute clinic. I made a 3 o’clock appointment at 2:45pm. I was in and out of the office in 10 minutes. I needed a quick vaccine (Tdap) and this was easily the best way to receive it. Nurse practitioner was kind and helpful.

The check-in process was quick and easy, wait time short and experience with the nurse very positive. She actively listen as I described my symptoms and expressed my concerns. The examination was very thorough and professional and the only issue is that she had problems with a diagnostic machine. However, she called me very quickly once the issue was sorted out to deliver my test result. In all, I found the clinic clean, the interaction professional and courteous, and atmosphere comfortable and safe.
