I went in to the MinuteClinic for an ear infection appointment. The woman on duty was very kind and helped me out greatly. I have no medical insurance, so the price of the medicine was a bit high but with the help of The Provider and his assistant [...], I was able to get the medicine for a lesser cost. I am extremely grateful to them.

Been there before. Never have to wait long which I love. The nurse practitioners are alway great. I had The Provider this time and she was wonderful!!!!!!!! She took her time, was very thorough, gave me good info and she was so easy and nice to talk to. She is an asset to your company!

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and check in. Place was clean and on time with my appointment. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and very helpful.

I have never felt so brushed off or not listened to in any doctor office. I have been sick since March 2. I finally decided that this wasn’t just going to go away on its own and made an appointment. The doctor was dismissive and adversarial. She did not listen to what I was trying to explain. I know my own body- I’ve lived in it for 44 years. I get chronic sinus infections that will not go away unless I am prescribed antibiotics. The doctor would not listen to my lived experience and twisted my words because I mentioned I had a cough before my sinus infection began, saying the two were unrelated and I needed to come back in 7 days. She didn’t even look at my sinuses or feel them from the outside. She would only prescribe me a nose spray which BURNS my sinuses and makes my pain worse. I understand not overprescribing antibiotics, but to completely disregard a patient’s lived experience with chronic sinus infections and waste everyone’s time is beyond frustrating. I now need to see another doctor tomorrow because I am still in intense pain and cannot breathe through my nose. I will say that this particular doctor is not the one I normally see at the minute clinic. The other medical professional at this location who is a NP is amazing.

The Provider is the nicest, most professional person. I appreciate her being available when I was sick.

Doctor listen to my problem & helped to feel better. She was very kind & very knowledgeable. I would come back there again if I have an illness. Thank you The Provider I believe that was her name.

The website seemed to advocate walking in, but making an appointment would have resulted in significantly less wait time.
