Saw me right on time, assessed my situation and diagnosed me quickly. I felt well taken care of in a very short visit to get medication for my illness.
Very nice staff and quick help. They get 10 points! Would have given 10 if the online sign up was easier to navigate. CVS did not recognize my email or phone number!! Had to sign in as a guest. Could not remove a very old insurance card, I could not answer correctly online or it wouldn’t move to next question. I received email from CVS after the visit about the visit and also about results but once again, I can’t access it since CVS doesn’t recognize my email or my phone number!!!
From my intake experience to my actual doc visit, I felt heard and appreciated. I also felt well cared for.
Both the on boarding person and practitioner were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! And all this while being swamped with patients.
