Although Broadview is only 13 miles away from Chicago, it has retained its charming “small-town” feel over the years. This suburban setting is home to numerous businesses, including a Target at Broadview Village SQ across the street from Schroeder Park. While this Target has all the amenities you would expect, it also has a few unexpected surprises. The best surprise of all is a MinuteClinic® located inside the CVS Pharmacy® portion of the store.
Even when you are not sick, it is crucial to ensure everything is actually all right with your body and mind. We provide routine tests, so you can stay up-to-date on all your bodily systems. A basic health screening is offered that aids you in learning more about your weight and blood pressure. Additional healthcare screenings are available to individuals who know they have problems with high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
After you come down with flu-like symptoms, you will need to drive over posthaste. If you are not careful, then a stubborn cough can quickly grow worse. Our practitioners will come up with a treatment plan, which could entail prescribing a new medication, including antibiotics, as long as it is medically appropriate. A few of the conditions we have helped residents of Broadview, Illinois with include:
Appointments are welcome but not necessary, which can help when you unexpectedly sustain an injury. After getting stung by a wasp or suffering from a small burn, you may not have time to call ahead. You may just need to drive over, and you should do so immediately. Our MinuteClinic® practitioners can handle minor types of wounds. In these kinds of situations, you should know exactly where to go rather than waste time asking someone, “Where is a good walk in clinic near me?”
This is only the beginning as our clinic also provide vaccinations to people of all ages. Women’s services, such as pregnancy evaluations, are also offered. When your skin becomes dry and itchy, you can come to us first before you schedule an appointment with a professional dermatologist.
In the event you received services through the Target Clinic, you do not have to worry about anything changing for the MinuteClinic®. Everything will be taken care of for you once you return. You still have the same medical file for the new provider to get ahold of.
You may not have to pay anything if your insurance is in our network. We accept most carriers, so make sure to call ahead to be sure. Any additional expenses can be made with cash or credit card. Checks are not accepted at Target clinics.
The next time you feel sick, do not hesitate to give us a call at 1-866-389-2727. If you have any more questions, then someone on our staff would be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
