You make it difficult to set up an account when a person doesn’t have their own email. My husband and I share the same email and basically use the same phone number so your system does not let us access our test results. I have an account but my husband doesn’t so when you send a notice that test results or lab results are ready I cannot access his. Only mine pops up because we share the same email address and your system won’t let me set up his own account because he doesn’t have his own email. Care was great and it was convenient but don’t know if the hassle was worth it.
The NP was great- she listened to me and explained everything really well.
The Nurse Practitioner was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I arrived at the clinic early in hopes of getting in earlier. Luckily for me, the previous appointment didn’t take as long as expected.
Provider was excellent.
I’m upset the provider did not charge insurance even though I uploaded the insurance card and indicated I’d be paying through insurance when checking in. My card was then charged $211 in which I was told I’d have to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund.
I had 2 visits and both were excellent. The NP listened to my health concern and spent time with me to figure out how to help me in the best way. The pharmacy personnel were awesome too!
Promptly was seen and very professionally diagnosed. Prescription was delivered in minutes. I was so surprised and impressed

It was easy to make an appointment, and as soon as I got there, practitioner called me in to the room and she examined me, and 5 minutes later later I’m already done and got prescription. Very nice practitioner . I could started to take meds , and next day my pain was gone. Really recommend to use that clinic .
