I use CVS for all my DOT physicals because you have Sunday hours. I appreciate that the staff is willing to work because in the summer it’s usually my only day off in the construction industry.
The doctor at the minute clinic was short and kind of rude. Dismissive and didn’t feel like she really listened to my concerns. Complained to me about my insurance and was confused when my insurance was accepted and proceeded to sit in an awkward silence while we waited for her colleagues to confirm it was accepted after no response and unable to confirm to me it was ok to continue she moved on and seemed frustrated.
Saw me asap.. was very efficient and listened to my explanation of how I was feeling and took a test for strep and it came back positive and gave me the medication that I need and now I’m feeling much better
The doctor was helpful, professional, and took her time to talk to me, I made an appointment two days prior and I still had to wait for 40 min. The doctor stated that she couldn’t see who had appts or walk ups and that it was first come first serve. I wish I knew that I wouldn’t have bothered with making an appt.
I was able to schedule the first appointment of the day, and was able to meet with the doctor on time and the process was efficient. It’s nice to be able to get medicine at the same location, especially when you are not feeling well.
I got expert examination, diagnosis, and helpful suggestions.
The Medical Professional was very polite, patient, asked many relevant questions, explained everything thoroughly and gave a very thorough examine. Felt very confident with the whole experience.
