Nurse had a terrible attitude and provided wrong advice. No one was around the minute clinic and was my first time. I set up an appointment for a visit for hepatitis b vaccine earlier. As no one was around I assumed I was suppose to go into the office of the minute clinic. Since it was locked I headed to the pharmacy area I was first told to wait in tbe waiting area. While waiting a nurse eventually came out of that room locked and was told not to open the minute clinic as her patient was leaving with a terrible attitude. Then moments later was asked to come and then later asked if I was The Provider and I said no. She did not alert me that my appointment was with the pharmacy rather she scheduled me for an onsite visit. Whats worse I had asked for three visit vaccine and was confirmed that was what I was getting and later in the receipt read that it was two visit vaccine. I could not believe the unprofessionalism experienced and told my employer the whole experience.

Easy to get in, quick , thorough, very friendly .If you have todo labs or tests,they get back with you pretty quickly. If you cant get into your own Doctor, this is the go to place.

The Provider was very patient as I explained my symptoms and we went through a brief medical history. She explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. I appreciate her professionalism and her lovely bedside manner. It was good to get confirmation of what I had and the best steps to take to get better.

Excellent from beginning to end. I arrived and the app said I’d have to wait 30 minutes but I was called in within 5 minutes of arrival.

The NP listened carefully and was very concerned about my symptoms. She prescribed medicine that has helped me feel better, and even called back after 3 days to check on me and make sure I was doing better.

NP was professional, friendly and courteous. I was confident that her diagnosis was accurate and the treatment correct.

The nurse practitioner that I had at the Brownsburg Indiana MinuteClinic was very good at listening to what was wrong with me. She checked me out thoroughly before recommending antibiotics for what was wrong with me. I appreciate her service.
