they were helpful once a correct appointment could be made. I think I did not realize when my next Hep B shot was, and it is not due until Feb 2025. I still needed a next COVID shot, and pneumonia shot, because of all my co-morbidities that I have. The provider was helpful as always, even if it was hard to get a Minute Clinic Location and location that suited me, without cancellation(s).

Though the NP was knowledgeable she was incredibly rude and had a very odd personality. Midway through my visit I had asked her to check something else She said “I just closed you out. Why didnt you say anything sooner?” I said flat-toned (not threatening) “you didn't ask me if I needed anything else” Then she stared at me and then said “you really wanna go there?” I went in with a 101.5 fever and found out I had the flu and was not thinking straight. Even if my words weren't the perfect choice her response was way over the top. Who says that to a patient especially when my response to her question was completely valid?

I was on a waitlist and they were able to see me even though I wasn't on their schedule. The text I received and responded to was not received by the clinic for some reason. They were courteous, prompt, professional, and thorough. I appreciated the fact that they were able to help me so quickly.

The entire appointment felt extremely rushed and uninterested in what I was saying. When I walked in, she immediately listened to my breathing. Cut me off when talking and did not let me state all my symptoms. She never told me what my blood pressure was or offered me an end of visit summary. She did not check my temperature or oxygen levels. The entire thing was under easily under 5 minutes (and that might be exaggerating how LONG). It was extremely rushed and seemed very unhelpful. I have been impressed so far with minute clinic until my appointment yesterday
