You double booked the two appointments in front of me so I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. The nurse practitioner did a thorough job however she was very good.

The practitioner was extremely professional thorough.

Went because of a sore throat, NP was very efficient and friendly. Was tested for Provider and [...]rep nothing of which were negative. Diagnosis was a viral infection that had to just run it's course. That evening, my condition became progressively worse, went to Miriam ER were i was diagnosed with advanced Epiglottis and was prepped for a possible intubation if IV medication wasn't able to quickly halt or begin reducing swelling in my throat. Minute clinic is a valuable tool but patients need to assume responsibility for their health. Was told that if I arrived at the ER any later than did I would have been in a life critical situation.

My caregiver The Provider, was EXCEPTIONAL! She was compassionate, professional, thorough and the best I have ever had ! She explained everything to me, asked if I had any questions, went over my meds with me, and explained the best treatment for me. She was very kind, patient and thorough, she was also very pleasant. I even received a phone call two days later asking how I was feeling! She is truly EXCEPTIONAL! I thought she was a doctor due to her knowledge, being thorough, professional and caring, I shared this experience with everyone I know. Thank you 😊 so much for such an EXCEPTIONAL visit! The technician seen was thorough and helpful

Very quick and thorough service. I liked how the PA sent my script to the pharmacy within the building and the pharmacy team was pleasant and quick with processing it.

Excellent and thorough

Put myself on the waitlist (it estimated an hour and a half wait). I showed up around that time and waited almost 2 hours on top of it with only 2 people in front of me. The place seemed less than cleanly with an open trash bag full of gloves and everything else on the ground and stuff everywhere. Then nurse had long nails which also seemed odd for a nurse. On top of that, I was given poor advice on how to handle my issue with my jaw hurting from extremely swollen glands that have been like that for a week, I was told to “swoosh with salt water” as if that was going to solve it. It was a huge waste of time and I’ll never be back for this. It was also anything but fast.

The only issue I had was my wait time. I had an appointment at 2:30PM but wasn't seen until a few minutes after 3PM.
