I went to Minute Clinic on Cass Ave on Monday, March 23rd. The provider there didn’t listen to most of what I was saying, deleted medication off of my list that I still take, and told me to just sleep and drink water. I have been sick for 2 entire weeks now, escalating over time. My copay was not worth the time I wasted in that tiny room.
The visit was efficient, friendly and professional. I had all my questions answered and am looking forward to a follow consultation.

I find it hard to schedule an appointment due to lack of help
It was so efficient and the practitioner I met with was friendly.
I went to Minute Clinic to have my blood pressure checked after starting on medication a couple of weeks earlier. The Provider, the nurse/technician, did a more thorough check than I received at my cardiologist. I ranked that latest visit high, but not all visits went so well. That's why I gave a less favorable rating to my willingness to recommend Minute Clinic.
I had an appointment which was easy, check in was easy, my exam was what I expected, my interaction with the NP was great.
