didn’t take my insurance even though it is covered, got lied to
Quick service and very friendly clinic practitioner.

Very, very slow visit
The visit was quick and efficient.
There was a mix up where my prescription was sent for pick up after my visit with Minute Clinic. After waiting for an hour and talking with the pharmacist a few times, the error was corrected. However it was during my hour long wait that I witnessed the treatment of a customer picking up a prescription. Words were exchanged between the pharmacist and a customer regarding the number of pills in a prescription. During this discussion the pharmacist said in a loud voice "Next time, learn how to count your pills." Being frustrated myself with my own issues with my prescription and the long wait, I thought it was very unprofessional of the pharmacist or any employee to speak to anyone in this manner. I kept myself in check and did not disrespect anyone at this CVS location. But to see someone being treated like this customer was is unacceptable.

Even without an appointment, the wait was not long, which was very convenient. The pricing also seemed reasonable, so I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
