The Provider, the NP was competent and respectful. I was taken in a timely manner and received treatment for my ear infection.
Unfortunately for Minute Clinic, the experience is irrevocably tied to the experience at the pharmacy following the Minute Clinic visit which was horrible. I went to the pharmacy for behind the counter allergy meds, but the new sign in system is only intended for prescription retrieval. Based on the pharmacy staff's reactions to the situation I will NOT be returning for allergy medications moving forward. I recognize that the two visits should be viewed separately, but when the Minute Clinic visit resulted in recommending a stronger allergy medication and attempting to procure said medication is a HORRIBLE experience, there is no reasonable separation of the experiences.
I did not have an appointment but needed to see someone. I came in and the screen said there was an appointment slot open 5 minutes after I arrived. I signed up. The PA came to get me 15 minutes later and was able to help me with my concern

The practicioner was on time and she was very friendly. She also answered my questions related to having records of my previous vaccinations at other pharmacies.
The NP was friendly,professional and quick with my daughters test. I would definitely use Minute Clinic again

I was able to make an appointment the same day and the servie was fast and convenient. The practitioner was nice and understanding. I was also able to have my prescription filled in less than 30 minutes.
