The NP was very pleasant, efficient, & knowledgeable. This was my 2nd visit for the issue & we reviewed the steps I should take to prevent a recurrence. She also reminded me to inform my pcp of these visits & the issues to be addressed.
Easy to make appt. Professional and thorough.
Clearing my ear of of ear wax was expertly done with minimal discomfort.
The RN or PA that helped me was friendly, proficient, very professional and interested in me as a person. She explained everything she was doing and I did not feel rushed.
Easy to schedule appt. - I was seen within a few minutes of appt time - Nurse practitioner asked questions to determine general health and particular complaint - Diagnosed the issue and prescribed Rx and gave clear dosing instructions as well as advice on how to minimize side effects
Very thorough exam by solid professional
The nurse practitioner was very pleasant, patient, accommodating, and very thorough in her assessment and treatment. My retired nurse status might have had something to do with this, but I doubt that made a difference. The conversation was easy, she answered all my questions, and I'm sure my follow-up visit will be just as the first. This is my first experience with a CVS Minute Clinic and, since it's covered by Medicare, probably not my last.
