Great service love the nurse practitioner who saw me
Scheduled online for the appointment. Selected ear wax removal. There should be an area that shows/explains situations that ear wax removal cannot be performed. If there was, I would not have scheduled the appointment. I had a ruptured eardrum 40 years ago and was told at the appointment, right before the procedure was being set up, that the ear wax removal could not be done because of this. Also, a question, is the water from the faucet at the Elkridge, MA CVS Minute Clinic sterile water coming out of it or tap water. This was the water the practitioner was filling to perform the ear wax removal until I mentioned in passing that that ear had the rupture 40 years ago.
Visiting my family in Columbia MD I recently suffered an UTI. The attention to detail, care and after care provided by the team was outstanding. I felt safe in their hands. They went above and beyond with my care. Thank you
