The physician assistant was very nice, she explained what she was going to do.
Consistently kind, caring and knowledgeable care providers. Also, I have always been seen in a timely manner. Keep up the good work. And having worked in healthcare, I'm impressed at the cleanliness of your clinic area too.

The check in process was a mess. I could not tell from the website/app if I even was checked in and your screen kept admitting it error was on its end, yet it was in an endless loop of asking for info I already gave and there was no one around to help.
arrived at minute clinic #1, tried to check in but appeared to be assigned a scheduled time for 5 hours beyond the current time. That didn't work so I went online and scheduled a time at a different location. If you can't walk in and be seen, you should advertise that this is a possibility.
Ease of making appointment online no technical issues. Also, I was able to be seen the same day after I got off from work which is convenient, efficient and cost effective because I didn't have to take off from work.
I was very pleased with my experience during my visit. Everything went well and fast.
CVS is convenient, friendly and very professional.
Made an appointment for 4pm, arrived at 3:50pm. I waited until 4:50pm to be seen by the nurse practitioner. There was only one provider helping patients, with multiple patients scheduled at the same time. How can you expect to keep appointment times with this practice?
