The scheduling was easy, the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, nice, and informative. The Provider sent my prescription right to the pharmacy and I was in/out in less than 45 minutes due to the nature of my appointment. I prefer to go the CVS minute clinic instead of my doctor's office. Much more comprehensive and caring. Thank you.

The practitioner was very kind and thorough in her exam.

I was beyond surprised at the professionalism displayed at this minute clinic location. The staff had even the little things down to a science. There was even one moment that I felt like I might pass out after a blood draw (standard for me) and the staff had already caught it and were preparing for the possibility well before I spoke up about it. They performed the blood draw better than several doctors at NIH’s phlebotomy department. It was quick and efficient, and they did a great job keeping up engaging conversation to distract me from the needle while working diligently at the same time. They also explained the tests I would be receiving in detail that made sense, even offering a different version of the same test that ended up being faster, lasting longer with my company, and costing less. I’d even recommend people bring their kids here, the staff was entirely wonderful. I will be returning and recommending this location

The Provider was wonderful. However, I had an appointment for 11:10 with your notice to arrive 10 minutes earlier. I did. I was taken at 11:35 and finished at noon. The Provider was the only person there. All I had was a bug bite. You need a better system to get people in and out.
