The staff is super nice! That made all the difference. Both of the nurses in each room is really friendly and patient even when I got there during their lunch time. Outstanding people that make’s the place a very pleasant experience.

Short wait and The Provider was very friendly and professional.
Lot of wait and problem still not resolved
The provider I saw was excellent! However, even with a scheduled appointment I had to wait almost an hour after the scheduled time to be seen which was frustrating.
The service provider that helped me was very efficient and fine, but I did not get any information on why my credit card was charged since nobody emailed me a receipt and in addition to that I had to wait for 20 minutes because the service team was not aware that I was waiting, even though I had checked in on the app and a second time at the store.
