Very efficient RP, easy to make appointment. I trust the diagnosis
I went to one MC and was sent to another at 2:30 because they were closed (but I could hear people there and saw a nurse. I went to the second one and, even though I arrived an hour before closing, and simply asked for a trep test, I was turned away because three people were ahead of me. I had to wait until the next day. I waited for two hours and was seen by the tech and then the nurse and then the pharmacist. Seeing each professional took very few minutes. I don't know why that woman refused me at 4:00!
Time with patient not rushed.
The practitioner was nice, understanding, and helpful. She had a good bedside manner.
That’s just what I’d deem a valid score from my experience.
It was a very quick efficient experience with the nurse, she got my labs and I was out within ten minutes.
Overall care and attention was exceptional, especially from The Provider. I scored this an 8 only because the wait time was longer than expected.
- Still haven't released all my labs after a week - Called for a "follow-up" you're probably going to charge for without telling me what it's for and without releasing my labs - Cannot contact you via patient portal - No way for me to get my labs/visit sent to my Primary Care Physician - Evaluating me, and charging me for, things I didn't ask for. - No transparent pricing - Refused to give me the HSV1/2 antibody test I requested - There is no way to list two "problems" when scheduling a visit. I wanted a cholesterol check and routine STD screen.
