Great staff. Ease of appt.
Care was very prompt and professional. Only issue was with making an appointment on line... the website was confusing and we ended up driving to the location, just to find they were closed and made an appointment for the next day (first appointment of the day).
I had an injury that didn't warrant an emergency room visit. I am very glad I visited the Minute Clinic. The Nurse dressed my wound and gave me instructions of care for the next several days.
I was a walk in for a vaccination. I was expecting there to be much more of a wait time than there was.
As a senior citizen, I find it difficult to use the Minute Clinic website to try to schedule an appt. I would like to see what times are available before I put in the patient info. When one is sick, one does not feel like going through pages of questions before scheduling an appt. We were walk-ins to the clinic and were taken right away and helped through the sign in process. We greatly appreciated all of that.
The nurse practitioner was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I received great care. She explained the importance of getting my vaccines updated and scheduled my appointments. She went above and beyond.
The provider was very helpful and kind. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions.
I love the Minute Clinic. It’s not only convenient but also much less stressful. Being a person who shops at CVS regularly (minimum of once a week) I find myself to have no anxiety going into the clinic and then, if a script is needed, I’m right there and within minutes, I have my prescription(s) in hand and I’m on my way home!
I got an appt quickly. The NP listened to my issues, asked appropriate questions and gave we scripts that helped. I waited about 10 min and the pharm filled it right there.
