Fast and efficient and got me in before my scheduled time and was a quick diagnosis.
Practitioner was Friendly, knowledgeable. Did not feel rushed at all. Listened and explained v vaccinations. Area very Clean and organized.
I saw ProviderAnge[...]r at the Walled Lake, Mi store. Was very impressed with the care she administered. Thank You for having these Clinics locally. My primary Urgent Care was booked through the day, and couldn’t even see me.
The phone system is totally unacceptable, you cannot reach any employee at the store or the clinic. The best you can do if you’re lucky is leave a message with pharmacy but they wont help you. You cannot find a corporate email or phone number to complain to as they just dont care about customers

The reason for my score is that The Provider, the technician / nurse that seen me on the day of 4-1-26 at the Walled Lake Minute Clinic was absolutely fantastic. Very very nice personality, very attentive.
