We strive to keep the community healthy
Though our compassionate team members are more than qualified and willing to offer palliative care, we strongly emphasize the importance of preventative healthcare. Vaccinations help keep communities healthy and protect those who, for health reasons, cannot get immunized themselves. Some vaccinations that we are proud to offer include the following:
- MMR
- Tdap
- Influenza
- Tetanus
- Pertussis
- Pneumonia
- Meningitis
- Polio
Most vaccines are good for nearly a lifetime, with occasional boosters needed. However, the flu shot is only good for one flu season. Additionally, because the flu changes from year to year, the vaccine you got last year may not protect against this year's strain. It is essential that you get the flu vaccine every year, at the beginning of flu season. That said, our MinuteClinic® offers the vaccine from October until the end of flu season, right around April.
When you're feeling ill, we're ready to help
Prevention is not always possible, as there are some illnesses against which you cannot defend. These viruses are relatively unharmful and must run their course. However, why be uncomfortable for weeks when you can possibly speed up recovery? Our practitioners are trained and qualified to diagnose and treat the following minor conditions:
- Cold, flu and upper respiratory infections
- Ear infections
- Mononucleosis
- Pink eye
- Bladder infections and UTIs
- Heartburn
- Nausea, diarrhea and vomiting
- Strep throat
- Allergies
Our clinic also provides blood pressure and cholesterol readings for peace of mind. If you or a loved one needs a routine physical for sports or employment reasons, have one done before heading out to lunch.
We accept most health insurance plans
MinuteClinic® accepts payments in the form of cash, check or credit card. We're also happy to accept most health insurance plans. You can check our website to see if your provider covers our clinic's services, or you can call your insurer directly. Either way, we keep our services affordable for everyone.
We are happy for the chance to serve you
At MinuteClinic®, we strive to make healthcare easy for all. To accommodate everyone, we accept both walk-ins and appointments. If you're the planning type, call ahead at 1-866-389-2727 to reserve your spot. If you like to fly-by-the-seat of your pants or need immediate medical attention, walk in whenever it works for you. If you're not from the area and need driving directions, Google "find a walk in clinic near me." The directions should lead you right to us. "
