Easy to do the testing I needed the staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all kind. I got my results fast. As well as any help to referrals in case I needed additional help and assistance. Def my go to place for quick vaccinations and other tests
The visit was fine. Staff very helpful! My problem is when I looked up about how much it could be, as I don't have insurance it was almost $100 more! Please update your information
I got competent, compassionate care, and the doctor was able to see me quickly before the next appointment (I was a walk in). I was there on the advice of an acquaintance, and I was very satisfied overall. It was harder to go online and try to register with the computer. At home, I saw that there was no one waiting & I tried to get on the waitlist, but it did not seem like anything happened. Then I tried to register for an appointment that was a couple hours later, and when I selected the time, it seemed like nothing further happened. When I arrived and tried to check in, it said there was no appt for me (so I was right, the computer did not schedule me)--that was fine, because no one was waiting and the doctor could fit me in immediately.
The attendant was great , but your system sucks . I tried t sign in for 20 min and was not able to because the system claimed it could not find the appointment . However when I tried to set a time to be seen in the waiting list it said I could not do it because I already had an appointment.
Requesting appointment times are good. Location is good. Service is awesome.
