Illness and other issues do not follow a specific schedule. In fact, they often seem to crop up at the most inopportune times. Whether it is the middle of the night or you are out of town, we are accessible. Our clinic may be closed or unavailable, but you can use our Virtual Care services at any time of the day, every day of the week.

There are two options you can choose from, depending on the situation. A video visit is appropriate for patients over the age of two and for conditions such as injuries, illnesses and skin issues. You are connected live with a healthcare provider who will discuss your issues. In most cases, you will receive treatment advice right away. The provider can even get a prescription started for you, if necessary.

The other option for Virtual Care is our online visit. This is for patients over the age of 18 and for issues such as allergies, acne, hair loss and birth control questions. You will fill out an online intake form and send any applicable pictures. Within two hours a provider will get back to you with either additional questions or treatment options. These services are available 24/7 so you always have choices for care.
