My nurse practitioner was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
The Provider, the practitioner who treated me, was friendly and explained everything well.
Excellent medical service.
Went in to see about a UTI and was directed to the store bathroom to provide a sample — the bathroom/toilet was DISGUSTING! The Minute Clinic should have its own bathroom. Other than that, the NP was wonderful.
My experience with the minute clinic was great. I was received immediately upon checking in. The nurse was very friendly and she provided me with information on all of the vaccinations currently offered in the clinic. I will definitely recommend the clinic

When I went online in the morning it said 1st appointment was 1:20 , however, after checking several times it said walk ins welcome with wait time going from 40 minutes to 30 minutes at 11:15 or so. I immediately put my name and information and left work and was there by 11:30 and checked in that I arrived. I had to wait until 1:10. Had I known that walk ins weren't welcome I would have booked the appointment. Sitting there for over 1 1/2 hours was unacceptable after saying wait time was down from 40 minutes to 30 minutes. Once I was seen by clinician I was very happy with her service.
That was my first time using the MinuteClinic the nurse/doctor who I dealt with made the visit and everything absolutely amazing easiest doctor appointment ever

I had to wait more than half an hour after my appointment scheduled time, despite being more than 5 minutes early to my appointment.
