The wait time was satisfactory and the service provided was great.
booking an appointment on line is not very user friendly for us seniors , it's hit and miss to just walk in and be seen. booking at a urgent care is far more easy .
I have had strep 2 times in 3 weeks. Your NP Laura at the Chardon, Ohio location is fabulous! Truly caring and empathetic for her patients
I just don’t like having to touch those monitors at the pharmacy. Gross. The one person was coughing in hand then touching the monitor. Not cleaned after she used. Will be using Giant Eagle as normal.
It was quick. The staff was professional and friendly and I got a definite diagnosis that made sense and gave me the information I needed.
Excellent and professional help was provided.
I registered for an appointment online but did not get a confirmation nor a denial. I presented for the appointment as I had scheduled only to learn "I was not in the system". The staff was kind and understanding and worked me in at an acceptable interval.
