The nurse practitioner called me in right on time, asked meaningful and necessary questions, and listened carefully to understand my symptoms. She was very professional, patient‑focused, and clearly cares about the people she treats. She also got me in and out in a timely manner. Excellent customer‑oriented care

I wasn’t able to preregister because I didn’t have the actual insurance card. There was no one available to check in only 1 person working however once we were directed to an exam room everything went well. NP was very nice & efficient & answered all our questions. Should we need this service in the future we will definitely return!

I had an appointment at 8:50am and it was 9:05am when the nurse brought me back. I mentioned them being a little behind and she said “No. We schedule appointments 10 minutes apart so we are not behind”. She was rude. They were behind and she didn’t like the fact that I called it out. I told her I had a sore throat and without even looking at my throat she did a strep test. I have never had that happen. So now I’m automatically going to be charged for a strep test and no one has even looked at my throat yet. I was sent back to the waiting area to wait for the NP. She brought me back a few minutes later. She was nice but not very intelligent. I told her all my symptoms. Told me strep test was negative. Doesn’t surprise me considering I was pretty sure I knew already what I had. She did her typical checks and just concluded it was something viral. Didn’t really have answers for me. Didn’t ask to see my hands or feet. I’m the one that brought it up. I had red bumps on them. I played dumb because she should know this stuff! She had to look it up! She had never even heard of hand foot and mouth disease! Seriously?! So she pretty much did what I did at home. Told me it was viral and that was it. So the strep test was a waste of my time and my money and she confirmed what I already knew by looking online for answers. The whole appointment was a waste of my time and my money. I wanted an expert opinion. I was smarter than she was! And she didn’t even give me a summary of the appointment. They always do that! Didn’t even mention it. I will never go back to that location and I will never see her again and I am extremely disappointed in my experience and the kind of people CVS is hiring. Clearly anyone can be an NP at CVS. Don’t need to know anything, just look it up!

NP Providerd was super nice. Very professional. Providerfferd helped me with my Allergy concerns and explained in detail the proper steps she wanted me to take on helping me with a little relief from my Allergies.
